Absolutely agree hes a top 5 pick easy.
I think Hakeem would be willing to work with him in the summer in terms of skills and someone needs to get him a personal trainer and put tremendous work into the right diet and weight program. You can see what he can become--maybe even top over all pick.

Hakeem would be way too expensive to work with for a college kid. I don't think that even Drummond was able to afford it last summer on a rookie contract.

Pearl made a great point last night about Brimah's foot spacing on rebounds. Said he has his feet too close together.
Once he picks up things like that he will even tougher for teams to handle.

His feet are narrow because he doesn't have the strength in his legs to spread his base.

I agree, hopefully we get 2 more years from him. The next 2 years this team should challenge top 5 each year.

IIRC, he originally spread his legs further apart when going for rebounds but got called for tripping opponents when he did that. So he's narrowed his base. My guess is there is a middle road.

He has a ways to go to be in the NBA's thoughts, both strength and instincts-wise………his hands are rarely ready for loose or stray balls being batted around. He has decent hands I think but as I said in the past and it is still noticeable, he has trouble reading caroms and his hands aren't ready all the time. When he does see it he goes after it. This won't suddenly change even next year I don't think it will take time. He is an impact player as is but will really turn the corner when these little things start falling into place. I will say I loved his back in, spin and jump hook the other night - a thing of beauty for AB and hopefully a sign of things to come!
