Plus, I have met a ton of college hoop and football recruiting experts in my life. Don’t put much stock in 99% of them - they are mostly meh minus people.

If I were setting odds, UK would be even money for Fland. We’re like 5-1.

I’ve been thinking about this. It’s a no brainer to get him a seat behind our bench if we make the championship game. Let him celebrate with the team, it’d increase our odds greatly.

And UConn makes tournament noise. Given michatron's three horse race is down to two hopefully UNC doesn't make the tournament as well. Now that it's a two horse race instead of three it adds credibility to the factor the kid wants to be part of a winning program.

Not making the tournament can also be reason to go to said blue blood and be the savior.
