I don't think the penalties will have any affect on how much their team achieves in the coming years, assuming that nose picker sticks around or they get lucky and bring in an even better coach. But I think the embarrassment and guilt, while probably pretty negligible, will take a toll on his health, given his age. CTO better start shopping for a black dress.
