So is Butler the fourth best BE team?

Probably still PC or maybe St. Johns. Butler is #6.

Right now the Big East is looking like a 5 bid league.

Xavier is what happens to any team that loses two of its three best players.

Friendly reminder that Kyle Neptune was .500 in 1 season at Fordham and then they won 25 games after he left.

Anyways… Marquette -7.5 against Texas tonight. That’s steep

Pull up long 2 from Jordan Longino in one of the biggest possessions in the game. Gross.
I hated that possession watching it in real time. I probably would have reacted more loudly against it, but half my mind was on the start of the UConn-North Carolina game which was within 10 mins of starting.

I will be watching Marquette tonight. I hope they can get the win. I don't like the Big East being 3-7 in the Big East-Big 12 challenge.

If the refs didn't blow the game and hand it to TCU over Georgetown snd K State doesn't hit the game winning three in OT it's all tied up. It should at least be 4-6 if the refs just do their jobs.

Down goes Xavier to...Delaware

Marquette has been clamping up Texas. Defensive intensity is super impressive and Kolek is going insane

Max Abmas has 17 points on 7-12 shooting. The rest of Texas has 11 points on 5-21

Marquette representing Big East really well 60-36

DePaul just IMPOSSIBLY bad this year. down 30 to Texas am on way to 1-7 on the year. 3 wins total may be a reach.

If my mother had a beard she’d be my father. Can we please just expel DePaul. They would struggle in the NESCAC. Probably would finish 500 though.

Marquette, bravo.

DePaul. Please move to the A10. On second thought, the A10 is too good for them. I watch a lot of the A10 and DePaul would be among the bottom third of the conference.

In a fascinating statistic today, DePaul is shooting 59% (including 53% from 3) and still losing to Texas A&M by 30. Goodbye Coach Stubbs.

Butler heads to 2OT against Cal.
butler trying really hard to blow this game against a really bad Cal team. Would ruin any OOC momentum they had

Butler survives and actually wins by 8, close to the spread of 12.

Watching Creighton play and Louisville play, I'm shocked it's the same sport. Creighton made 11 3s in the 1st half, Louisville 0 with 2 min left.

If Kenny Payne is still the coach tomorrow there's something really strange going on down in Louisville.

Wow Louisville is putrid. Down 16 at the half to DePaul?!?

Why is Villanova a 4.5 point favorite against UCLA? Feels like they should be a dog after 3 straight losses, including ugly ones to St. Joes and Drexel.

8:00 to go in the half and it's 13-12 Nova.
You know that saying....can't hit the broad side of a barn????

The CBB equivalent of Iowa Rutgers in FB earlier this year

College basketball coaches call so many panic TO's. Cincinnati's Miller calls a timeout after Xavier's Olivari made a rushed, floating 3 where he almost traveled before he shot the ball. I would let Olivari take those shots all game. So instead of brushing off a lucky Xavier shot, Miller sends his team the message they are in trouble.

I will add that the referees in the Xavier/Cincinnati game are terrible, but at least they are terrible both ways. They fall for every flop and over-reaction.

This aged well.
