NC and Kansas losing takes a little shine off of our matchups with them. Was hoping they were undefeated going into our games

FINAL: Colorado State 69, Creighton. 48

It does not matter. Kansas never loses at home so win would be huge. Acc sucks so duke and nc will very good records and are always overanked. Beat who is in front of you

CSU is not a bad loss for most teams. Creighton would expect a better result
Creighton is embarrassing the Big East. While Nova made the Big East proud
48 points is pathetic even against a good CSU team. Creighton runs hot and cold. Usually hot against us. But today they were totally not ready to play. They have a few more notable OOC games where hopefully they show better. Or at least show up.

Creighton needs Trey Alexander to play really well for them to be a good team and he is very inconsistent. First team all Bug East , that’s a bunch of crap. Give me Tristen over the course of th whole season

Nova are winners.

Creighton, Butler, and Seton Hall all lose.

41-17 (12-9).

Is miller hurt, has not played last 2 games. They are thin, cannot lose a starter. They always seem to have a few wt games. Unfortunately not against uconn

Heard Miller was sick in the hotel.

Got the biggest one, but the Creighton upset hurts obviously. Would've loved to steal one of the other 2 considering they both competitive deep in the 2nd halves..

Just saw Scheierman hurt his ankle, too. Couldn't put weight on it. Hopefully he doesn't miss much time. They've got a rivalry game against a better than normal Nebraska team coming up and Alabama in about 3 and a half weeks.

I can see why UC MBB has the easiest OOC schedule in the country - dont want the MBB team repeat what the vaunted UC football team has done this season so far

When the wheels come off for Creighton, they really come off. There are not many teams that I can think of in recent history that are as volatile in terms of performance.

Seton Hall and Butler have challenging but winnable games tomorrow.

Carolina refused to double down low for fear of the kick out 3. They just weren’t tough enough in enough places today. So, Nova kept taking them down low…
if sone of that approach is used by Uconn against UNC. It just feels like Either Newton will have a big night OR someone like Karaban or Soencer will get some great looks

Fanta had commented earlier today that there was a good chance Creighton was going to go into conference play undefeated... Yeah, no.

I almost never agree with you but this is true. Creighton had the wheels come off last year and rebounded before they spit the bit at the very end of the year but that's who we should've played in the NCAA championship game last season. They've also looked like world beaters before and then they lay an egg in the Big East title game. I think that team is for real and will have their say at the end of the Big East and make noise in March but there's a weird Jekyll and Hyde with them going across servers years now.
