Oh no. Get up Hodge. I fear the worst because that was a non-contact injury.

SJU completing their own NET 30 beatdown.

A good reminder of why one can’t play the “UConn crushed x, so that means they would thrash anyone that x beat” game.

You blew it, Villanova.

OK GTown, you’re up.

Does the beat down UConn gave SJU seem more impressive now ? After this SJU vs Nova ..... beating.

I think so. That was

UConn's A game is better than any other Big East teams' A game . However, UConn is no where near 30 points better than St. John's. Those 2 teams are much more closely aligned.

Predictable outcome. Matt Norlander of CBS Sports said the St. John's loss to UConn might tank their season. And I said no way. I figured Pitino would use it as motivation and get his guys to rally the troops. He's done that stuff his entire career.

GTown without KJ Lewis isn't doing squat. But Seton Hall at home on Senior Day plays St. John's has a chance. Seton Hall will be playing for a chance to get off the bubble and into the NCAAT.

So true about the transitive property, it doesn't work well with college basketball.

Everyone seems to think Nova is a lock for the tournament, and I'm not sure why.
Their losses are all Q1 aside from 1 and they won enough games against mediocre teams to be firmly ahead in WAB and good enough in the predictives. 9-6 in the first 2 quads. They'd have to lose in the first round of the BET by 40, and would still probably make it because bubble teams generally have losing or .500 records in the first 2 quads.

Yes, the Big Ten literally the day after the St John's/UConn game had their top 15 matchup between Michigan State and Purdue on Peacock
Are MSU and Purdue the top two teams in the B1G?

The Big East is on Peacock because Fox was moving them out of FS1 slots that were already sold to the B10 and B12. NBC and WBD were willing to pay for content, otherwise, it's probably on FS2 or ESPN+.
What about TNT or TRU TV?

.-.

I still vividly remember Ricky claiming he had no knowledge of his assistants providing hookers and blow to recruits when the spit hit the fan at Louisville.

If you work for Pitino you aren't allowed to pass gas without getting his ok first. Not only did he know everything his assistants were doing, he likely set the necessary levels of quality based on how badly he wanted the recruit.

Or Colonel Sanders
I already posted a photo of Porcini restaurant; don't make me go visit Cave Hill Cemetery for a photo of Harlan's final resting place - half the distance, but 20 more minutes walking time.

With their preseason top two teams in a game for first place on the next to last weekend of the season?
Purdue was the preseason top team in the BIG and MSU was prob third.
