@KnightBridgeAZ has got to be enjoying the atmosphere in Boulder.

I knew that Barnrs' husband was her assistant but the announcers just indicated the same for JR Payne. interesting I'm wondering how many wbb coaches have their husband as number one assistant.
Shea Ralph and Kristie Curry come to mind. There have been others

OMG.... Thought I was watching the ASU -Kitty game. Okie State can't miss and is abusing KSU. This is a preview of the destruction at McKale to take place in an hour

Is there a harder team to figure out this year than Oklahoma St.? I think they've beaten all the other good teams in the Big 12, but lose to bottom dwellers.

Where's that chaos meme? Okie St. whoops K State, Big 12 is wide open for the taking. At the end of the day there will be 6 teams either in first place or only 1 game back.

Wow Iowa St. is really putting it on Colorado--29-9 thru Q1.

Maybe TCU has no interest in a Big 12 Title. They are messing around and only up 1 at the half at home against Texas Tech.

Colorado played even in Q2 and Q3, then Iowa St. stretched the lead some more in Q4. 86-56 final. Monster game for Crooks 33 pts/12 reb. Addy Brown had a double-double as well but it was points and assists.

I was at the K-State - KU men's basketball game today, so I missed the K-State - OSU game. I don't think I'll be going back to rewatch that one

Cellar battle, UCF defends their home floor against Arizona St. Will be tied at 2-11, 1 game ahead of Houston. BYU and Texas Tech 1 game ahead of this pair. Bottom of the Big 12 is about as bad as the bottom of the Big 10.

Peterson w/ a 30 piece for the Knights.

Arizona @ Oklahoma St. was tied at the end of Q1 when Jada Williams went out with an injury. She never returned. OSU might've pulled away anyway, but after the injury Cats had no chance. 20 point margin in the closing minutes.

edit--83-64 final; Beh went nuts w/ 24 for UA, was averaging only around 7 ppg, but not nearly enough. Gray and Heard paced OSU w/ 20 and 17.

Colorado is really short handed, I think they are missing 3 starters: Formann has been joined by Wetta and Smith. Utah sprinted out to a huge lead to start the game but CU is trying to claw back into the game.

Beh is someone every team should have. She is "Grandma" to the rest of the team, giving advice both regarding on-court and off-court matters. She is actually a pretty decent scorer, but doesn't really get plays run for her. Rather, she might be covering Cunningham's position and collect some scores in the way Cunningham does; she can shoot the 3 and has Adia's blessing to do so when appropriate; and she always plays hard. Her scoring 24, while high, isn't as shocking to someone who follows the team as it would be to others.

Utah wins 77-60. I remember early in the season when someone on this site claimed their cupboard was bare. They are doing pretty good for a team with no talent! One game out of first place coming down the home stretch.

Cunningham fouls out after 13 minutes again demonstrating either a continuing lack of progress on the defensive end of the ball or a lack of focus?

The result was not unexpected regardless of the circumstances as the Cowgirls are clearly a far superior team.

The kitties will need to win out in order to hit the 20 win plateau which seems unlikely with TCU remaining on their schedule. An 18 win team last year it appears the kitties will be an 18-game win this year or may limp to 19 wins with a victory over the coach with moxie in Tempe to end the season.

The relentless march to a third consecutive 20 loss season continues. The Devils have more than 20 turnovers and fouls as they are unable to contain a really weak UCF team on the offensive side of the court.

It would appear Adair is secure in the near term and will be allowed to lead the team next season to a fourth consecutive 20 loss season given the 2 million dollar buy out in her contract.

The Devil losing streak which is now at 10 should easily continue and it's even money that the Devils lose out to end the season on a 15-game losing streak. Their only opportunity to pick up a victory will be at BYU and the Devils are a horrible road team. Actually they're a terrible team at home too as the nice coach from Delaware and 2021 CAA Coach of the Year demonstrates moxie in maintaining a job in the face of being way way way way way way over her head.

The season ends in Tempe against the kitties a meaningless game that Barnes really in my view needs to win to maintain any credibility down in the dirty t the only region in the country in which she still has any of that scarce commodity. This past week former kitties Connor, Gilbert, and. Vonleh all balled out for their current successful teams. The kitties could use some of that offensive firepower.

December 17th 2021 the kitties visited Flagstaff and unlike this year stomped the Lumberjacks. Both Connor and Vonleh as freshman balled out scoring 14 and 17 respectively in limited minutes. It was pretty clear at that point that they were two special talents. Those special talents are now balling in Texas.

K-State blows out UCF 97-67 in a game that honestly wasn't even that close. The score was 28-4 six and a half minutes in. UCF is a very bad basketball team. I was very happy to see no one hit 30 minutes today with a game Monday afternoon at West Virginia. That is a tough turn around to make for a big game like that. Hopefully they have some legs left for Monday.

In other news, I remain completely baffled by Oklahoma State. 3-0 vs the top 3 teams, but 3 of their losses are to teams that are a combined 9-32 in conference. Make it make sense!

Wow! 3 players off the bench combined for 49 points for Colorado while they wiped the floor w/ Houston. CU starters only scored 34.

Another 8000 fans at McKale enjoying the TCU game. Barnes appears to be wearing peach rather than pink pants in honor of Kay.

Kitties are scrappy in their effort to stay with the Frogs. While they were able to hang around they just didn't have enough to win at home against a top 16 team.

The streak of four straight dances will end for the kitties barring a highly unlikely run in the Big 12 tournament.

Maddie Connor remembered the rims down in the dirty t in scoring the three ball.

Sooooo .... the kitties fall into a tie for ninth place in the conference with Cincinnati. Coach Barnes gets ready for an easy end to the conference season hosting BYU and Texas Tech and going on the road to pound the Houston Cougars and the rebuilding ASU Sun Devils. If Barnes can eke out one win in the conference tournament she will hit 20 wins on the season although the prospects of dancing would seem on par with the nice coach from Delaware and 2021 CAA Coach of the Year recipient receiving a contract extension with the Sun Devils.

Believe it or not Arizona has hit more 3's than TCU today. That and a career high 30 from Skylar Jones weren't enough.
