So I'm off to Vermont this afternoon. Plan to stop by the Alchemist tomorrow, but won't buy as much as we used to. Hoping to get to Foley Bros., which makes my favorite IPAs. Should be able to hit Worthy Burger today on the way up. I hope.

Me either...maybe after my cataract surgery I'll start driving at night again.
When are you having the surgery? One eye or both? I had both done years ago and was absolutely amazed at the colors with the new lenses.

Left eye on the 30th...it went down hill really fast for some reason.

Good luck. It's the number one elective surgery in the country for a reason. I look forward to reading about your great results and reaction. The onset of mine was about 20 years premature, but that's a whole 'nother story.

Have to stop at Hill Farmstead too.
Unless he needs to bring some HF home, you can usually find around 8-10 different HF on tap within one block in Waterbury, among Pro Pig, the Reservoir and Blackback Pub (increasingly my favorite of the three).

I’d get a drink out here in SD with most people here but there are lots of boring people or people I can see not really engaging in person so I can’t say anyone. But those who come to mind are

Auggie so I can educate him on beer
Whaler so I can see just what kind of tolerance he has
Storrs so I can see how fat he actually is ;)
Same for Mike
My fellow millennials so I can flirt with their lady
FriarJ because he has no friends
OTP because he will buy me expensive drinks like a good grandpa would
Uconndoit, or really anyone who has lived in SEA for a significant period, will have stories
Cdog to see just how crazy he actually is, and to conduct a cognitive-linguistic assessment to get him committed to a home before he gets himself and/or others hurt
because I think he is lacking in healthy interaction with people my age
