He said, "My work is done here".Right old donor to Alabama judge recuses himself; in steps in an Alabama alum judge. Too funny.
Apparently the guy that recused himself is actually the only judge in the state circuit that didn't go to Alabama Law lol.Right old donor to Alabama judge recuses himself; in steps in an Alabama alum judge. Too funny.
Wish they could bring in the judge from My Cousin Vinny. He was a man of honor.Apparently the guy that recused himself is actually the only judge in the state circuit that didn't go to Alabama Law lol.
Which is well beyond their jurisdiction. So if the NCAA has any spine they can fight that. No, the judge's ruling said the NCAA can't penalize Alabama in any way.
Everyone is trying to follow the money. What did the NCAA expect?Well, everyone's fears are continuing to mount. A guy with games played is now testing the rules.

Honestly I’d rather a 26 year old who never played pro ball playing in college versus this. If you played in the NBA or had an NBA contract you’re out.I respect that he subtly threw shade at the old guys trying to go back, lol
I can absolutely see why a kid would try this, given the NIL money and the fact that his development is not what he expected when leaving.
But ultimately, if you're playing in the NBA, your window is closed. Unfortunate for some, but too bad.
That's my opinion of course, and often that opinion doesn't align with the courts.
It's insane there would even be any discussion about this. As Hurley said, nobody is protecting the college basketball shield.Honestly I’d rather a 26 year old who never played pro ball playing in college versus this. If you played in the NBA or had an NBA contract you’re out.
