He's ahead of Ennis in a lot of the most recent mocks.

Which is just more sand kicked in Cuse fans faces this year. All season Cuse fans hanging their hat on " but but but .. Tyler is a lottery pick , Napier is early second round at best"

Now it's pretty much guaranteed that Ennis is Not a lottery pick and may fall as far as mid 20's and Bazz may get up to the high teens. There is some wiggle in both sides of the equation, but it is entirely possible.

2014 is the season that keeps on giving!

I doubt Ennis makes it out of the 1st round. I expect he will be one of the top two PGs taken in this draft.

I have been hearing Miami will pick Bazz if he is available and if certain guys don't fall. I know that's a lot of ifs for some here but quite frankly that's the draft.

Anyone want to start a drinking game for Chief00 and his "quite frankly"s? I think we would all die from alcohol poisoning pretty quickly. ;)

No one thinks he's going to fall out of the first round, but he's also not going ahead of Smart or Exum, probably not Payton, and it's looking increasingly likely that he's not going before Shabazz.

Hes just gallivanting around the US. Do the teams fly him there and put him up in a hotel? Probably a dumb question but I am curious
Each team sets him up with hotties in a luxury hotel just in case he goes undrafted.

Who told you this

The internet told him. Chief's MO is to take some publicly available information and pass it off as something he heard from his "sources." Example: "I'm hearing from my sources that the Spurs just won the NBA title."

If he goes out on a limb and says his sources are telling him something that hasn't been all over the news, then you can basically bank on it being wrong. See Larrier, Boatright, etc.

And don't forget the "I told you guys" after the fact. Oh, then there's my personal favorite, "people have been asking for me to comment on...".

'The Chief' has a well documented weed habit.

Quite frankly, while Miami would most likely select Bazz, it's becoming less likely he would still. be on the board. It's all good.

Quite frankly, why do you think this is some kind of scoop? This is what basically everyone who covers the draft has been saying for the last week.

And everyone earlier in this exact same thread as well. So...breaking news for The Chief.

So napier continues his climb in the inner circles of nba front offices across the league. Check out Ford's latest mock. Has him pegged @ 15 to ATL.

The Hawks like international players, and Nurkic would be a strong possibility if he's here. They'd also take a long look at Saric if he falls this far, though waiting two years might scare them away.

Kyle Anderson is another strong possibility here. Head coach Mike Budenholzer got to see firsthand how the Spurs used Boris Diaw. Anderson is the closest thing we've seen to him since Diaw entered the league, and the word is the Hawks are very high on him.

However, the Hawks are also not completely sold on Jeff Teague and could explore the market for him this summer. That's led them to take long looks at both Shabazz Napier and Payton at No. 15 if something materializes in the next few days. Napier, especially, seems to have gained momentum in workouts the past few weeks, and sources say he's moved into a strong possibility in Atlanta.
