I’m sure he means Rocky I. Apollo Creed was the grandstander who didn’t respect the underdog Rocky. Apollo was all theatrics and showboating in his Uncle Sam get up in the made for the Fourth of July fight.

I doubt very much that will be Azzi but you have to admit the pairing with GEICO etc is something additional on her plate. But true NIL players are going to be capitalizing on their image which is fine. There are so many that get “NIL” money but are really just paid to play ball.

Maybe. But Apollo Creed did win the fight in Rocky 1. As for Azzi and the Huskies, if they get a little distracted, but still win the national championship, let’s say by 1 point in double-OT, I can live with that……so long as my heart holds out.

Yup. Apollo won. I have faith UConn will win as well. I hope Azzi looks a heck of a lot better than Apollo when it’s over.
