Arizona is the best team in the country. If I had to lose, I wouldn't want it to be to anyone else

Dwayne Koroma missed 4 of our 7 missed free throws. Hopefully we don't have to see much of him for the remainder of the year. We'll be fine from the line.

Thankful you aren't the coach. This loss doesn't hurt our resume. Imagine he played hurt and then reinjured him hamstring?

The Big East isn't the American. There will be opportunities for Q1 and Q2 wins.

Get Reed ready for Illinois in 9 days.

He has a tendency to just pound the ball and not pass it. There were times where he literally ran all over the court dribbling for 20 seconds. He needs to stop playing as if he’s at Dayton and realize that his job is to make assists not pound the ball.
Posters here have a recency bias where because he played well in the last five minutes they talk about him having a good game but he actually had a bad game except for the last five minutes.

Not sure about that. Their lack of 3s will doom them. Right now I would say Purdue is better. When we get healthy we will have something to say about that.

Because it is so important that UConn beat ranked P4 teams. Gotta make one of these conferences value Hoop NCs that UConn provides. Gotta beat the Ariz, Illinois, Kansas and Florida (definitely Florida).

As a fan you want your teams players to be straight up dogs. Want we don’t know is if Reed was begging to play and the training staff did not want to take the risk. I did not see the ankle injury….i thought it was his tailbone.

At least they Mullins and Reed are both now listed as GTD. With Hurley that could mean Game Time December

Sure would like to see them both play like ten minutes against Bryant just to get some game run. Then maybe against IL Reed gets his normal minutes and Mullins get a few more.

As fan you have to be excited to see what this team is going to look like when they are healthy.

You're really anti AZ - they're really, really good. And they haven't even gotten Burries going yet. They are one of the top 3-4 teams in the country. Let me know what it is about them you don't like oh suame, knower of all.

We would have won that game at home on full strength. You realize they flew across the country for it. Neutral court - it's a coin flip.
 
BYU, Zona, Illinois, Kansas, Florida, Texas.

6-0 would have been orgasmic.
5-1 = elation.
4-2 = mission accomplished.
3-3= meh.
2-4 or worse = no bueno.

I referring to the dumb fouls, which had him in foul trouble. He has to be more discipline as our floor general.

Plus, the offensive set were pretty sloppy tonight. The offense wasn't fluid and they just couldn't seem to find their groove.

Still shocked we couldn't get Reed out there for 15 minutes. It would have made a difference.

AK always tends to disappear when he's up against stronger athletes. This is why I can't understand why he appears on any first round boards. The 3 FT misses were shades of Nova last year.

I honestly have no idea how we even kept that one close, other than AZ's lack of working for good shots on so many possessions. If they just drove it into the paint, they could have shot 80%.

Gritty comeback. Nice developmental game for Reibe (although cannot believe he couldn't finish that & one to tie it).

Why does this game STINK for our resume? Arizona is a top 5 team and we lost at the end without our 2 starters. By the time we get to March, people are going to understand the VALUE of MULLINS
