There's a difference when your 6 OOC games will have major impact on your March seeding when your conference is really bad.

If he had gone down on it and hobbled off the court Saturday, I get it. He played and finished the game and was a GTD.

The Big East isn't the American. There will be opportunities for Q1 and Q2 wins.

Also, props to Malachi. He gets a lot of unwarranted heat here and in the chat and I don't know what people are watching. He's our best passer and he harrasses the guards on defense.

He has a tendency to just pound the ball and not pass it. There were times where he literally ran all over the court dribbling for 20 seconds. He needs to stop playing as if he’s at Dayton and realize that his job is to make assists not pound the ball.
Posters here have a recency bias where because he played well in the last five minutes they talk about him having a good game but he actually had a bad game except for the last five minutes.

Not sure about that. Their lack of 3s will doom them. Right now I would say Purdue is better. When we get healthy we will have something to say about that.

As a fan you want your teams players to be straight up dogs. Want we don’t know is if Reed was begging to play and the training staff did not want to take the risk. I did not see the ankle injury….i thought it was his tailbone.

At least they Mullins and Reed are both now listed as GTD. With Hurley that could mean Game Time December

Sure would like to see them both play like ten minutes against Bryant just to get some game run. Then maybe against IL Reed gets his normal minutes and Mullins get a few more.

As fan you have to be excited to see what this team is going to look like when they are healthy.
