"In order to protect the integrity of the ongoing enforcement process, the University is not releasing the NOA at this time," the school said.

Seems "integrity" might be the wrong word to use when discussing Miller and the AZ Wildcats.....

And, just how is the "integrity of the ongoing enforcement process" adversely impacted by divulging the list of allegations?

>>The University of Arizona was served with nine allegations of misconduct, five of which are classified as Level I violations, in the Notice of Allegations that the NCAA sent to the school on Oct. 21, The Athletic has learned. The Level I allegations, which fall in the most serious category, include a lack of institutional control and failure to monitor by the university; a lack of head coach control by men’s basketball coach Sean Miller; and a lack of head coach control by Augie Busch, the women’s swimming and diving coach.

The details of the NOA were included in a letter to the NCAA from Arizona’s outside counsel, Paul Kelly, requesting that the school’s infractions case be referred to the newly created Independent Accountability Resolution Process. On Friday, Arizona released a statement acknowledging it had received a Notice of Allegations but declined to reveal its contents, and a university spokesperson declined comment for this story. Busch’s involvement in the case has not been previously reported.

In his letter requesting the referral, Kelly notes the nine allegations are greater than the number of violations alleged in any of the cases that have emerged as a result of the investigation into college basketball conducted by the U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York.<<

Swimming team: death penalty
Men’s hoops: 3 extra scholarships
Don't forget we beat Arizona in 2002 with the help of what most thought was a bogus goal tending call. About time the NCAA punished us for that call. We are screwed. Sean Miller pays players, no big deal let's get UConn.

They get terrible advice from whoever is around them and they’re straight lied to by the schools.
The schools are not lying. They are telling the recruits exactly what will happen, no tourney ban, slap on the wrist, and little else. Exactly what cryin Roy was telling his recruits a few years ago. The UNCs and UAs of the world know nothing will happen and they make sure the recruits know that.

I guess recruits don't really pay attention to this stuff. Or don't care.

Generally the kids will ask about how possible enforcement might affect them. Miller looks at them seriously for a couple of beats, then burst out laughing and says "What do you think, we're UConn? That stuff doesn't happen here"

Does anyone else feel like the Team A violated rules so Team B is screwed joke is completely worn out?
Except that it seems to actually reflect what happens, if not directly, at least indirectly. UMass gets screwed over a $250 clerical error but Carolina has fake classes for decades and nothing happens. MIT gets penalized for a misinterpretation of the rules (Hey, they can count not read!), but Louisville skates despite buying whores for recruits.
