Congrats to Shabazz. Based on the stats he should win AAC Player of the Year but I know the votes will be swayed by the final conference standings.

Anyone know how many First Team All Americans we have now? Off the top of my head I can only remember Kemba, Okafor, Rip, Ray and Donyell

No it is not an "official" AA team, but still great to see him getting the national respect he deserves.

I hope he makes every non official and official AA team.

True, true. But the poster I quoted was asking about other first team All Americans in UConn history and I wasn't sure if he/she was aware it was unofficial.
