If we're not ranked 1st or 2nd might as well be last. I'm thinking we need to beat ECU, Temple and Cincy. USF looks like a possible top 10 team this year. Problem is they have NOTHING useful as far as OOC scheduling goes. That's a major fail this year.

is there video of Verne's remarks somewhere? I missed them this AM

Thought this was hilarious, in regards to the UCF kid winning the lobster eating contest yesterday:

Nice to have someone comfortable in their skin and has a plan.

It's amazing how much Memphis' stock has improved since joining this league. They were a CUSA doormat added to the AAC for basketball.

I expect Temple to be far worse without Matt Ruhle. And I'm not that impressed with Memphis or Major Applewhite. This conference is wide open with lots of flaws even on the top of that voting.

For historical reference, Syracuse, BCU and Pitt all had leadership positions by their president and AD when they worked behind the scenes to leave, correct?

Granted every team in the AAC is looking to bolt, but this looks like giving the strongest foxes the keys to the henhouse.
