I'm kind of stunned by the vote so far, although I also voted for Oregon State. An upset, however, will require a perfect storm of sorts, including (on South Carolina's part) overconfidence and difficulty making baskets from outside and (for the Beavers) lights-out 3-point shooting from players not named Goodman (I'm assuming she will continue her hot streak) and avoiding a bunch of live ball turnovers. The last will be the biggest challenge for Oregon State in my view, and the difference between a close game or victory and getting blown out.

I think it would take pretty much near perfect execution by Oregon State paired with poor shooting from South Carolina to pull off the upset.

Not sure Oregon State has the depth inside or quickness on the perimeter to defeat South Carolina.

I don't expecy or see a blowout by either team. If we win, it will be by no more than 12 after being tighter until the last 4 minutes. If the Beavs win, I would be shocked if it's more than 6.

To stop or slow Boston down, you have to push and hack. That may get the Beavers in foul trouble, but they would be shifting the burden of scoring to our guards. Outside shooting can be our Achilles heel.

I'm quite nervous. OSU is playing with passion and confidence down the stretch.
