A&M is a good team but not a final four or even an elite 8 team to me right now.Glad I didn't watch OT, just would've pissed me off. Kudos to Nixon. Shameful reffing. Whenever the order from on high doesn't come down to protect A&M anymore, they're going to lose.
It's not all on the refs. A 23-7 turnover ratio doesn't help. They did tighten up towards the end of the game. Ref calls don't do that.Oh please give me a break. A&M gifted 2 games in a row in this Tourney.

It was kind of a game of extremes across the board between ISU’s red-hot shooting, ISU’s turnovers, and Nixon’s seeming inability to miss a shot. Not too often you're going to lose a game shooting 16-30 behind the arc. A&M was only 4-19.
True. But 2 major ref decisions in the final 15 seconds. First to call a jump ball, and then to call 0 fouls on the reach in and Joens' shots. They had over what 20 turnovers? Refs didn't help but they contributed to it also
In a way it worked - they got 2 for 1 out of it. Might be giving her too much credit to think she had that in mind ... but maybe she did.I would still be mad at Pitts for taking that shot if I was a coach lol

Look I agree! A&M shouldn’t have won the last 2 games but Iowa state didn’t help themselves with 20 plus turnoversOh please give me a break. A&M gifted 2 games in a row in this Tourney.
By far? Maryland on line 1 for you.So, of the four #2 seeds, Baylor was by far the best. Isn't UConn lucky? /sarcasm off
Baylor, UCONN, Maryland and Stanford seem like in a different hemisphere compared to the rest of the field right now. Shame UCONN and Baylor couldn't make the final four at the same time. So, of the four #2 seeds, Baylor was by far the best. Isn't UConn lucky? /sarcasm off
I apologize for my choice of words in a heated moment. I’ll leave it at that.I guess since I almost died of an eating disorder I don’t take kindly to nicknames that are of that nature. But that’s just me.
Other than when they called a jump ball after 1/2 second.I'm glad the game wasn't decided from the foul line.
The officials, in the end, let them play.
Yes, I forgot Maryland. But why should UConn get either Baylor or Maryland in their bracket? I would argue they both could be #1 seeds.By far? Maryland on line 1 for you.
Not understanding why you're suddenly marking out for A&M. Especially after what they got away with in the 1st round. I would understand if they were in the Atlantic Chumps Conference, but...

Arizona looking sketchy, not sure if they could take out A&M.I'm so glad A&M is revealed to be the team I thought they were. At this point, they're bound to get bounced badly by Arizona, NcState, UConn, Baylor, or Stanford, etc. Just feels inevitable eventually, but they can cry croc tears over getting by the skin of their teeth today.
Thank you.I apologize for my choice of words in a heated moment. I’ll leave it at that.

I like AZ but that offense is nonexistent and lost more often than it probably should be.Arizona looking sketchy, not sure if they could take out A&M.

Is it just me or was Zona’s offense better last year? They have more pieces this year, but the chemistry hasn’t been found.I like AZ but that offense is nonexistent and lost more often than it probably should be.
As I said in another thread, you can't base everything off the eye test when seeding. Baylor's resume was terrible. If they got a 1 seed it would've been a travesty.Yes, I forgot Maryland. But why should UConn get either Baylor or Maryland in their bracket? I would argue they both could be #1 seeds.
