2026 New York Giants

Well he wasn't one of the many OC choices AI kept insisting were being considered!!

Seems like a safe but not exciting choice.

Not entirely clear, but it seems like he and Reid agreed before the season he wouldn't return as the KC OC. He really wants to be a HC again. This will give him the opportunity to get that shot. (Btw, in hindsight, his tenure as the Bears' HC wasn't all that bad, especially when you look at the personnel they had on offense.)

.-.
I also like resigning Hodgkins and Manhertz, especially Hodgkins (I think Dart likes him). Supposedly he has never had a drop and QB ratings are 112 when targeting him.

Interesting Neal is back. Thoughts were he needed a change of scenery and would be moving on. Instead change of scenery was an entirely new coaching staff. Hope it works out

This one surprised me, mostly because I figured Neal would prefer to be anywhere else and a one year minimum contract should have been available somewhere for someone his size.

He very well could become a solid guard in this league and I believe the prior staff had no ability to develop offensive linemen.

I can't complain about any free agent deal, especially a reclamation project, on a veteran's minimum.

It's nice, for a change, being excited for the offseason and the future of the Giants!

I'm glad that there's an adult in charge.

I personally believe that for the first few years the saff failed Neal. The past couple of seasons were partly on him, partly on injuries. He looked pretty good at guard last preseason until he got hurt.

I wouldn't mind seeing him and Mbow as our guards for the next half dozen years.

Patriots fan trying to understand this. New coach...ok, but you've got a nice young QB, some really solid pieces and good draft capital. Dallas is a train wreck, Philly is declining and can't keep paying all their guys and Washington is a house of cards. Giants can be a playoff team with a bit of luck.

It's all about the money. He's trying to leverage his way to a bigger contract.

He wants a new contract, Giants don't want to give it to him. Personally I would pay him whatever he wants
