6’11 Forward with almost 3 assists a game
Yes but has he any wool ?Miller intrigues me with or without Alex. At 6'11 he would give Hurley lots of possibilities
Please be right.Hearing the staff is pushing hard for a visit.
If he were to join UConn next season, Miller’s ceiling and potential would be much higher. With only one year of eligibility remaining, his next stop could define his future, and the Huskies are right in the mix. Still, with other top-tier programs circling, UConn will need more than interest to secure Miller’s signature. NIL $$$ needs to be real good. Him or Sean Stewart, please!![]()
Dan Hurley, UConn Showing Interest in Intriguing Transfer Portal Forward
A 6'11' forward with untapped potential just hit the transfer portal and blue bloods like UConn are scrambling to win the sweepstakes.www.si.com
Is that due to blocks and height advantage mainly? The article mentioned he would lose focus on defense and his man would blow by him.. I hope that is not an issue as we are familiar with this problem. I've never seen him play so no idea.Had the best defensive metrics on his team by a significant
Shouldn’t be an issue if we have all of Alex’s NIL to play with.If he were to join UConn next season, Miller’s ceiling and potential would be much higher. He’d be a Luxury with Alex (Idk if we have the NIL to pay for both) but he’s an absolute must without Alex.Miller intrigues me with or without Alex. At 6'11 he would give Hurley lots of possibilities
So it’s Darrion Williams or nothing for you? Isn’t Miller better than nothing? There are literally no better PFs left in the portal than those two. Walter Clayton transferred up from a mid major and did alright and FAU was in the final 4 two years ago.Not loving Miller, sorry. Florida Atlantic competition is not Big East competition. I don't want another AM portal miss. Just my opinion.
You actually don’t even have to use Clayton. Alijah Martin scored 18 against us to help knock us out. And he played four years at (drum roll) Florida Atlantic. So it’s Darrion Williams or nothing for you? Isn’t Miller better than nothing? There are literally no better PFs in the portal than those two. Vlad Goldin also just had a great season for Michigan as a big man.You actually don’t even have to use Clayton. Alijah Martin scored 18 against us to help knock us out. And he played four years at (drum roll) Florida Atlantic.
Baba Miller also played at Florida State the first two years. Wasn’t a big impact player there - just a competent reserve averaging 6-7 ppg. But he’s surely improved - and we are in the market for at least one competent reserve.
AM can’t scare us off every non-P4 transfer. You aren’t necessarily going to get a Clayton, Sears or Knecht - but JoeyC played at an even lower level than FAU and filled a bench role nicely.
He is 6'11" he can block shots, can pass and rebound. What more do you want? He's playing a needed role. Reibe is a freshman and may take some time to adjust to college ball. Reed, we know what he can do and should be much better this coming season and will get the majority of the center minutes. Agreed, Florida Atlantic competition is not the same as The BIG East , but if you can get half of his stats, it's still fills the void, pickings are slim now.Not loving Miller, sorry. I hear you but as a reserve 4 /5 you gotta consider it.Not loving Miller, sorry. Florida Atlantic competition is not Big East competition. I don't want another AM portal miss. Just my opinion.
