Nada, seems he’s got a short list of about 4. I believe it’s Duke, ND, Tenn and perhaps Ville. Fairly random assortment.Haven't seen any mention of UConn since the summer. And even that was and fleeting.
Which usually means Duke if they're involved.Fairly random assortment.
Wheres the rest? Rip Donyell
And this, folks, is how you rack up 56 LIKES.3 UConn commits in the game, all on the East team. And just to show the level our recruiting is at right now, another 8 by my count that we were recruiting at one point

This stuff tends to flywheel. Top kids watch and hear Uconn, helps build the brand. More top kids will follow. Turn some of these kids into NBA studs and bing boom, the machine is in motion. Need to seize the day while it’s here before all this conference bs pushes in the other direction.Outstanding. The program is sure to get mentions frequently during the game. And maybe that stud transfer portal point guard is watching and says “I want to be part of that.”
In the article I linked in the post it says he gave a list of 11 schools when he announced his Fanstake NIL deal a couple weeks ago. He says he has visits to Duke and Kansas State set up. Did you see somewhere else that the 4 schools you mentioned are the real contenders? Tough to have a "real" list of 11 schools at this point.Nada, seems he’s got a short list of about 4. Can’t remember where I saw it. Might have been an On3 update on the leaders.Iin the article I linked in the post it says he gave a list of 11 schools when he announced his Fanstake NIL deal a couple weeks ago. Calm down. Freshmen no matter how good they are often struggleNext year should be a good one
Looking at the roster...do any of these kids go to real high schools? Looks like most of them are at prep academies, which as far as I know are just factories for athletics. IMG has been around for quite a while. There's one or two around Las Vegas that used to be like that, but most of these institutions I don't even recognize the names of.
I think Rabbe's HS, Bullis, is a "real" school in that it's not just purely a school focused on churning out college athlete prospects. Though not like Bullis doesn't churn out elite athletes too (Quincy Wilson, the 16-year old that made the summer Olympic team, attends Bullis).Looking at the roster...do any of these kids go to real high schools? I’m sure if they had a Rooburger team in Australia our guy Furph would be one it. I really like the looks of this kid, has that feel like he’s ready to get dirty and fiery.

What a strange post. There’s a handful of basketball factories on that list but the vast majority are normal schools.

The thing I don't like is how so few basketball prospects go to public school anymore. I always loved the public school game, especially the city game. Watching city rivals with high major kids go at it was always awesome, there's really no atmosphere like it.For multiple reasons, I mess with IMG. Otherwise I’m not a fan of the big bball factories, but I get the value.
The spread wasn’t too bad this year, multiple “normal” schools but handful of factories too, as @BigErnMcCracken said.
Does this make it the single best recruiting class in UConn history?Wow, I'm surprised. Adams and Reibe were borderline guys and we've never had those kind of prospects make the game. Not that they didn't deserve to make the game but I think the UConn name is now carrying a lot of weight.
Based on ratings/paper, I'd say so. You do have a class that included Gordon/Emeka, who weren't burger boys but top 5 draft picks.Does this make it the single best recruiting class in UConn history?
