Is this her second major injury? I seem to remember an injury sustained during a 3v3 tournament a few summer ago.

Actually that was her younger sister who injured her knee last summer (2024) in the tournament. Hopefully she is good to go this fall for the beloved Duke Blue Devils.

Ok this just s+cks bigtime. What are we, one week into pre-season practice?
Can one hope that there is a concerted, concentric effort to address the prevalence of ACL injuries? And if there's anything that can be done to cut down on them?
As for Chloe Kitts, all one can do at this point, is hope the surgery goes well, as well as the recuperation.
