I'm pretty sure they've made 4 straight American Conference championship games, and The American is still considered the premier "G" league by many. I'm shocked they're struggling to fill the position, I figured they would basically have their pick of who they wanted.

I thought I read somewhere within the past week or so they were willing to throw 4m/year at a candidate. I'm surprised they haven't thrown an offer to Mullen yet. If UNLV really can't afford to keep him he should be an easy get at that price. There aren't many, if any, better options for them at this point.
