I can’t remember facing a crowd that hostile on the road. A little bit easier to understand now why LSU got knocked down 18-2 in Columbia and never got back up.

Stupid me wanting Dawn to shorten our bench in the first half. Of course it was our starters not named Kitts who were hurting us at the time. Down the stretch, it ended up going to that depth showed itself late as LSU were dragging. Plus Breezy, Kamilla, and Paopao finally showed up to the party in the 2H. Another slog of a win in BR, much like 2022 against a much less talented team.

What a game!! To me, this game was worth the buildup, and I am glad the refs let them play without blowing the whistle every 5-10 seconds. LSU hung in there but South Carolina got options. Chole Kitts had that fire going! She took her game to Morrow.

I’m on the same page. That’s how a game should be called. You flop, the other team lays it in while the ref looks at you. Reese had to work to get her 5 fouls. That’s how the game is meant to be played.
