I gotta say it drives me nuts when we aren't the first to offer the in state kids. especially when they are so obviously on other schools radars. this kid camped with us already, was excited to be there and had some great tape. add in now we've got Ash recruiting pretty heavily in the state and we've lost that potential of getting in om him early.

He visited w/ the K.O. crew during Underclassmen Days but I don't think he has actually camped @ UConn yet. He's 14/15. I don't have a problem if the staff actually wants to see him up close competing w/ reps on campus before offering. Sometimes its just the timing of camp schedules - Rutgers, BC and UMass were this weekend.
