How about Natalja Marshall of New York? Is UConn going for that athlete? She's a New Yorker, meaning that she doesn't have a problem with wanting to stay near home, which appears to be the case with so many top athletes who are from the South.

She seems very raw and may have trouble against the physically stronger centers. I like Cardoso in that she is 6'6, strong frame that can bring some toughness in the paint.

She not going to play center. IMO there are quite a few Wing/Forward out there that are significantly better than Reese and are on the UCONN radar. Emily Bessoir, Dalayah Daniels, Aaliyah Edwards, Sasha Goforth, & Leilani Kapinus to be specific.

Awful lot to like here for a freshman. Hell, make that a junior or senior. Head always up and under control using both hands. Sees the whole floor. Scrappy and very quick and a pure shooter. I really like this kid. No Hollywood and all business.

My goodness. That is one of the purest strokes of beauty I have ever seen. Quick release at a high point, just very smooth. Never seen a shot make Lou’s look so unorthodox. UConn should take a look at her - even if all she is good for is standing behind the line and mediocre on defense, because it’s likely going in if it goes up.

Somebody's doing a great job teaching this kid fundamentals. That little follow through on the 3s. Anticipating and reading those passing lanes. Quintessential PG. Auriemma's going to love this kid. Hope she'll cross the country for college.
