If that season starts in January, that's an achievable goal. Reading between the lines, it sounds like HE is willing to give it a go playing conference-only even if it means there's a limited or no NCAA tournament.

Since most HE trips don't require staying overnight and none in a plane, this is possible to achieve without a bubble setup.
