From a different perspective I could understand why Gustafson hasn't been picked though. Teams not believing in her because she's a shorter 5. The 5s in the W are 6'6, 6'7, 6'8, she's 6'3. And she doesn't have a faceup game.

Thank you, Dallas!! Megan is going to be a beast!! Her footwork, midrange game, and her nose for the basketball makes her a solid pick for any team. Now it just comes down to her having that confidence to be Great on Dallas. She is a hard worker.

Definitely no language barrier. Her English is fine.


edited--and based on following her at OSU I'd be shocked if there was a chemistry problem with her.

Obviously Griner is going to play the majority of the minutes in the post for Phoenix. It just didn't seem like they gave her much of a chance, her minutes were really limited and pretty much non-existent in the playoffs.

Dillard to Minnesota. I like what they're doing this draft. They have a bunch of aging veterans and not many young up and coming players. Looks like they might be getting a decent start on rebuilding.

I think this goes to prove what many were saying with their confusion on the awards and who votes for them. Obviously coaches are looking at her a lot differently than the media.
