Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't this a violation? I don't think that past players can reach out to recruits on social media like that, but the rules are so confusing that I could very well be wrong.

Fine line w/ former players/boosters. Not sure I would characterize that as “reaching out” - as he didn’t reply directly to or on TP’s tweet. It was a quote on a retweet.

I’m sure UConn Compliance will let Lutrus know if there is an incidental issue.
