I don't care about rankings, Rayam is my #1 guy for LB for us... Since Edsall's first stint, when we've gotten a kid from Alabama we've done pretty well. Rayam is that next guy that will fit right in right away....

I'm hoping our darn o line coach gets introduced ASAP. Maybe all of the hoopla with NCAA investigations and MBB is delaying the announcement?

UConn has been on German recruits pretty early and each time they got pushed aside for Michigan and then Cincinnati.
Looks decent, but game time is what I would like to see

The last time I recall UConn fans getting excited about a recruit based on workout videos was the legendary Ater Majok! Does anyone need to be reminded how that turned out?

If we strike out on the two guys we’re after I wouldn’t mind taking this kid, he’s more raw but if he’s a hard worker he should be a player. There’s also the added bonus of taking another PPI kid which could pay dividends down the line.

Looks to have minimal speed/agility, and is undersized for MLB. Definitely doesn't have the length to be an OLB. Maybe LS?

He can play middle at his size as he will get bigger once he gets to college. So he is plenty big to be a Mike at the college level, I am just not sure he is good enough. It is a shot in the dark, but who knows.

... I never saw where he actually “received” an offer from UConn despite innuendo. Closest I saw was a comment in an article that said “they basically offered” but he never announced anything on his twitter account.

I was going to say the most impressive part of his highlights was his Long snapping. Was not impressed at all by his film as a defensive player.
