As noted earlier - he may come in as a 2017 or 2018 recruit.

As a 2017 kid that would be really cool. I don't expect him to play this year, but it sure would be nice for him to have a head start on 2018.

A year ago today (7/23/16) - UConn had made known offers to 78 student athletes for the Class of 2017. UConn had 6 commits, 38 players had committed to other schools and there were 34 offers still outstanding.

As of today (7/23/17) - UConn has made known offers to 144 student athletes for the Class of 2018. UConn has 9 commits, 73 players have committed to other schools (overwhelmingly P5) and there are still 62 offers still outstanding.

This does not include the offers made to JUCO players or others who would be 2017 commits retrospectively (for example Mensah, Sterling and Buss) nor the offers this staff had made to 2019 or 2020 classes.
