I want all our guys to make the League, but when I read a story like that I really pull for the player. Granted some of that is selfish because if he does what a great story the coaches have to sell to potential recruits.

Its not a coincidence to me that Cory Edsall joins our staff, and all of the sudden, we have a west coast recruiting presence.

For anyone who had previously criticized his hire, please take all of this evidence piling up that he wad a perfect addition and that you need to reexamine your life... ;)

And yet another recruit from the west coast that we are trying to land. To those in the administration who believed that Corey Edsall was only added due to nepotism, I would like for them to see all the west coast action we now have that we didn't have before. I'm not even sure that Corey is responsible for contacting this one, but I'm guessing it's true based on all of the previous west coast offers...
 
If Corey's gone after this year then hopefully Head Coach Edsall is already working on a back up plan to keep those West coast ties going...

Eli Thomas (LB/Safety) - Elmira New York>>Lackawanna College, Scranton PA (UConn Commit 8/1/17)

Initially thought to be a 2018 early enrollee but ended up on campus and enrolled for 2017. Not eligible to play until 2018 though,

I think this means we have 15 2018 commits and thus 10 slots left.
