Heck with RBs, how about some big uglies to protect the QB and create holes for RB? I'd like to see at least 3 more in this class.
Maybe with emergence of frosh wideouts, we can swap Lucas back to CB and move Brice to RB?
My sense is that the hybrid athlete - DE/OLB/TE - offers unlimited possibilities to a staff that is focused on developing talent and recognizes the field is being stretched more horizontally than vertically. Put some bulk on a Chris Lee and he could end up as an OT. Might an Atkins continue to put on weight and shift inside? You get these guys in, put them in a S&C program, and you have options. You bring in an OL and you better be right, because they have limited opportunity to develop elsewhere.
