Cincinnati is hiring Ohio State defensive coordinator Luke Fickell as its next coach, sources tell ESPN. The two sides reached an agreement late last night, and an official announcement from Cincinnati is expected shortly. Fickell has coached at his alma mater since 2002, and served as Ohio State's head coach in 2011, following Jim Tressel's resignation.

At this point I'd put money on Fleck staying put for a year, Miles taking a year off, and Kiffin staying at Alabama or going to LSU to be OC. Strong could land at one of USF/Temple while the other school takes a P5 coordinator, and Tuberville might get an irrelevant job. Very quiet coaching cycle this year.
