Feldstein strikes out to end the inning. He also struck out in the 4th inning during that UConn threat. Game tied at 1 going to the bottom of the 5th.
 
Two out, 3 run homer given up by Rajkowski. 4-1 Memphis. Rajkowski hits the next batter.
 
This serves to highlight that UConn needs Cate back pitching and Gardner back to full strength so that the starters can go deeper into games.
 
Brutal double play. Memphis has pitched well, and we certainly have not done a good job hitting the ball hard.

Fedko's offense has been trending down for a while now, not nearly as effective at the bat as he was earlier in the season. He could be back on the bench once Phillips is healthy.
 
Two scoreless innings for Dandeneau. Joe Simeone has been warming up, so he might be in for the 8th.
 
Hunter Smith having a great day, easily sets UConn down 1-2-3 in the 8th. To say that things are not looking good for UConn is an understatement.
