I would rather see us slump now than in the post season. But there is time in this game to get going. Just need to string a few hits together.

Top 4th, Casey Dana with a 2 out single for UConn's first hit of the day, he steals 2B, but is thrown out at the plate on an infield hit. No score. Possible that Dana's hand/wrist may be injured from his adventures on the the bases.

Casey Dana comes out of the game, Simmons is now in the game.

Another example why I dislike sliding head first into the bases. Seems to me less likely to get hurt sliding feet first.

Penders needs to replace his 3rd base coach.
