Nice to see Diarra in that crowd. Good company to keep. Interesting that they don't list him as Uconn bound. Or is that because he hasn't officially signed?
I'd switch Adams and Miller. I think his size, bodying up and rebounding prowess will be a huge weight off of Brimah and Hamilton's shoulders. No knock on Adams, I just like to go into the season with low freshmen expectations and hope to be pleasantly surprised. I'd also switch Omar and...
As absurd as a bracketology pre-season is, it's even more absurd looking into the matchups. There's probably almost as good of a chance of the bracket ending up like this as it is to get a perfect bracket. I wouldn't waste much time looking into it, as it will likely end up much different.
I read this story elsewhere where they referenced other recent escalator atrocities and they mentioned one where it reversed directions and killed something like 13 people. WTF?!?!
I did like what I saw of Ulis with his creativity, ability to get to the rim and knock down the 3. Very Boat like, but in the same respects he's so small, so like Boat last season and with the absence of the twins, I see him getting beat up as the focus of all bc attention. We shall see!
Whats more likely? That the talking heads are consistently wrong of their assessment of our team (last year aside) or they're all secretly huge fans of Uconn and know the best way for us to win is piss us off.
Seriously? Ulis better than Gibbs? And I'd take a junior Purvis over a freshman Murray or Briscoe any day of the week. Even with him stepping out of bounds half the time. Then Adams and one or the other is a toss up, with potentially a slight edge to Kentucky. Uconn bc > Kentucky bc. In a...
I was at White Horse beach in Plymouth last summer swimming in the water a week before one took a bite out of that girl's kayak. She was damn lucky. Knocked her out and then took a chomp out of the boat instead of her. Don't go kayaking where the seals are supposed to be.
Ironically I read this earlier today. Prefer southern NE for beaches but figured I'd post anyway.

There were some amazing one liners in it. The Phoenix-Brolin interaction was great. I thought it was Lebowski meets Boogie Nights, however as incoherent as the vice was inherent.
I'm on episode 9 and still reserving judgement, but man what a character debate. Don't want to spoil too much but is he inherently bad or is he a product of environment that continues to be stoked?
I remember taking a film class at Uconn and the professor stating something like that there are really only 4 or 5 different basic plotlines. In a way generally humans like what's easy to grasp and they know they already like. That's why I find it refreshing when something like Inception comes...
