Here's something funny: I initially checked scores on ESPN with the filter being for ranked teams. I couldn't find it because the LVs don't meet that filter criterion. The only filter that works is to search for scores involving SEC teams.

In other words, the LVs aren't even ranked right now. Schadenfruede abounds.

With the win over Stanford and taking Miss St down to the wire, I really thought Vols were a top 25 team. But losing to Ole miss is not good.

Tennessee is a very poorly coached team. The hallmark of a poorly coached team is inconsistency. They play well against good teams, and sometimes win. But they play poorly against mediocre teams (Penn State) or half-heartedly against decent teams (Ole Miss) and lose.

The big stars for Tennessee- Russell and DeShields- were 8-29 shooting. The high school POY and ACC freshman of the year, was 4-15 shooting. Awful.

So now the question yet again is: Will Tennessee slip back into the NCAA Tournament? Or get passed over? They're past the halfway point in the season, and are 10-6.

I keep hearing "wait till next year" and "we have the #1 recruiting class coming next season"

However they have the #1, #3 &#42 players from 2013 and I don't see any results of that on the court!
