Most of these seem reasonable. I think Liberty's floor could be worse. Maybe Utah St's too.

UConn's is spot on, in my mind.

Five wins for Mora this year would be an amazing result. Nothing in predictions is ever 100% but I think there is over a 99% chance that we’re in the 1-11 to 5-12 range.

Going into the last game with a chance at 6 wins is a successful first season.

Needing to win the last 2 to get to 4 isn't.

On the 1% chance it falls out the 1-5 win range, what's the chance of being 0 as compared to 6 or more?

Please don't answer that. I want to have hope.

Ouch! Probably right but I’m still holding out for better. If I could see a high ceiling during the Diaco years (self described Diacoholic), then I can sure see it with the real deal, JM.

95% 6+ , 5% 0. The chance of us losing to both UMass and Central is getting into 15 seed winning the NCAA tourney numbers.

I'd say these numbers are about right. I would say 6 wins (BC is good but no depth and if injuries pile up, a different team) is more likely than 0 wins (Sorry, Central) - 5-7 and competitive games is a successful season.

That's what I have 2.5 wins. I feel good about that. The line on the Utah game has come down a half point.

Your expectations are crazy. The front half of the schedule is murder. Even in perfect health we don’t have the talent yet to get that record.

Hit the brakes.

Five wins. I want a five win season- and we should be able to do it. 3 wins is the min, 7 is best case.

And I sure hope for an appreciable attendance spike for the balance of the year if we can thump CCSU and/or take it to Syracuse. Be nice to get in the low 30s with the crowd.

Oh Contraire. Get your foot off the brakes and the 1 win is realistic mindset. All teams reload. None have the increase in talent and coaching from HCRE2.0 and his "the portal is the boogieman" mindset.

With the increase in talent this year over last year what are the realistic expectations for this season? I understand there is a lot of coach speak going on, but some of the hype has to be real.

I’m a dreamer but I can’t help but think about how Mazzone made us competitive against Wyoming and Vandy in a week. We had some talented players and now we have many more. We also have a very good coaching staff. I think we will probably be a 3-4 win team but I can’t shake the fantasy that we might catch lightning in a bottle and outperform our more rational predictions. The energy is just so positive around the program right now.
