Just a heads up for those wanting to see the 2014-15 version of Notre Dame. First chance to see Brianna Turner in action and Notre Dame post Kayla McBride. Michigan State is going to be a good team this year...should be a good game.

I'm interested to see if this comes to pass. Eastern Mich gave the Spartans all they could handle last game and, while EMU has had some middle-level success (great battles between them and the Chippewas), some rule hanky-panky by the coach messed with their flow....

ND's youth is showing. Picked up a ton of stupid touch fouls. In addition to missing a bunch of easy shots, including a couple layups.

Muffet went ten deep, at one point playing 4 guards (not including Loyd) and her 4th best post, Wright.

Given how many things went wrong, down by one isn't a bad spot.

ND bright spots were Huffman's D, Allen aggressively attacking the basket late in the half, and everything Loyd did, minus the fouls and a couple missed putbacks.

But its soooooooooooooooo early in their careers.. Heck... you could argue that Stevens for Duke looks better than Wilson at this point..... but again... its too early.
