Best offer list maybe. He would have to play a bit to be a better football player than Donald Brown, Dan Orlowski, Sio Moore, Tyvon Branch, Darius Butler, Dwayne Gratz, Jordon Todman,.....well, you get the point.

From the offer list I've seen on Rivals and Scout, I can name better off the bat, Jimmie Bennett, Brian Lamelle, James Nixon, Difton... Even LB G. Robinson had a better list. Jarvis Hicks was offered by both Auburn and Florida.

Lewconn - I saw that "plug profile" as well (along w/ BC offer) but I haven't seen him w/ a UConn offer listed anywhere else. I usually look for two sources before adding to "list" to avoid adding/subtracting. Anyone have/see another another confirmation of offer?

He's got the pedigree (WCFF All CT Team, etc...).
