It doesn't matter because he already has 35 pitches as a reliever; he probably only has 15 left. If we have another 9-pitch at bat, we'll be ok.

I'm all for having pitchers throwing multiple innings when they are hot and getting hitters out. However, I've noticed this hardly ever works for Over. He is good for an inning plus, and then bad things tend to happen.
