I'm all for having pitchers throwing multiple innings when they are hot and getting hitters out. However, I've noticed this hardly ever works for Over. He is good for an inning plus, and then bad things tend to happen.

OK we're hanging in and hopefully getting 2 frames to score 2 with one more out here.

Sorry fans you can leave anytime....geeze

Polonia walks the lead off man in the 9th. Given how wild he can be, that's never a good sign for him. Penders is taking him out. Dan Rajkowski coming in.

Welcome to the NCAA Tournament Dan...you get to face Peter Alonzo.

What a play; perfect for the momentum to get two runs.

Yahn just had 2 of the best plays in the tournament. If we win he's the MVP tonight.

Game over, Florida wins 6-5. UConn plays Georgia Tech at noon tomorrow.

So far we have been absolutely obliterated by both bullpens while ours can't get anyone out. Doesn't bode well - Montgomerie needs to go 7 or 8 with a lead and hand it straight to Ruotolo.

Another 1 run loss. Great effort against a #1, but def a bummer. They coulda won that game

Nothing quite like going toe-to-toe with the best team in the country and coming up just short. This one stings, but hopefully our guys can brush it off and take care of business. As we showed tonight, we absolutely have the talent to win this thing. Also, gotta love Rajkowski throwing a clean inning. To have limited game experience with subpar results up until this point and keep the deficit at one run in such a high-pressure situation takes guts.
