Been wondering about this kid. I believe he had offers from UMass and Temple. He looks like an explosive athlete on film. Welcome Tyler.

From @BrianDohnScout

Evaluation
Coyle has good ball-tracking skills and is athletic. He is a long strider who can cover ground quickly, which helps with his closing speed. He has a good frame but needs to add strength. Free safety would be an ideal spot for Coyle because he sees plays well in front of him and he reacts well. He needs to work a little bit on his footwork and in turning his hips, but he has a very good feel for the position. -- Brian Dohn

Strengths

  • Coverage Awareness
  • Instincts
  • Size
Areas to Improve
  • Backpedal Quickness
  • Recovery Ability

footwork is probably one of the easiest things to teach, so that's a good sign.

High school kids don't generally have polished 40 times. 4.43 and 4.42 are exceptional. If he plays WR he will be a field stretcher like we haven't had since Jason Williams or Matt Cutaia.
