Week of May 13 Recruiting Notes

Class of 2014:
–Lance Tejada Jr. (PG): @Coast2CoastHoop: Tejada is an AAU teammate of UConn target Ahmed Hill and JaKeenan Gant. This past week he said UConn has now started recruiting him and that UConn, Florida State, Murray State, and Alabama are at the top of his list.
–Keith Pinckney (PG): He now lists UConn, Harvard, Boston University, Xavier, Miami, Jacksonville, Lehigh, Ohio State, Purdue, Georgia, and Georgia Tech. This is after him saying that the staff called him and said they will start recruiting him.
–Abdul Malik-Abu (PF): In an article with ESPN he said he will definitely visit Florida officially. He then went on to say UConn, Providence, Miami, NC State, and Kansas are coming at him the hardest with Florida and they are most likely going to be the other schools he visits.
–Brandone Francis (PG): He said UConn, Florida, Cincinnati, and Florida State are recruiting him the hardest and he is looking to commit soon.
–JaKeenan Gant (PF): He revealed a list of six schools with UConn, Alabama, Georgia,
Georgia Tech, Florida State, and NC State.
–Rashad Vaughn (SG): He told Adam Zagoria that UConn, Minnesota, Iowa State, Baylor, Louisville, Kentucky, North Carolina, UCLA, and Tennessee are on his current school list. He then added in the commitment of Daniel Hamilton will not affect his decision.
–Kameron Chatman (SF): Unofficially visited USC this past Wednesday.
–Craig Victor (PF): He released a new list of school that did not include UConn.
–Kelly Oubre (SF): I will be doing an interview with him early in the week and have an article with that and more later in the week.

Class of 2015:
–Dante Scott (SG): He started saying that UConn and Kevin Ollie are recruiting him now. He has no offer yet.
–Isaiah Briscoe (SG): In an article this week he said UConn really stands out as a school in which he likes the style of offense they run.
