As of midnight today. Not sure if there will be a last minute deal but certainly something to monitor.
Not especially eager to give money to obviously illegally operated ventures. At least not in a way where they get any of my personal information.I get all my sports on zuzz.tv for $100/yr and never looked back. Every sport, every game.
All of this is.YouTubeTV is exhausting.
You're still a white dwarf.I get all my sports on zuzz.tv for $100/yr and never looked back. Every sport, every game.
As long as the pricing and content remains the same, why would I care? I guess one potential downside is you'd see more annoying Disney content in your menu.Don't get too comfortable with it as Hulu is going away soon and will be fully integrated into Disney+
I read your post and it sounded great but it seems little sketchy.I get all my sports on zuzz.tv for $100/yr and never looked back. Every sport, every game.
Disney lost all those direct subscribers during the Kimmel ordeal so now they are going strongarm tactics. Is YTTV going to prorate me for the drop in service?
Just meant the UI difference. It's not quite the same but it might blend more once "Live TV" is fully incorporatedAs long as the pricing and content remains the same, why would I care? I guess one potential downside is you'd see more annoying Disney content in your menu.
Agree. No deal now means a lot of money Disney is no longer getting, and the amount they might get from from subscribers to their Hulu package I'm sure doesn't come close to the money they were pulling in from their contract with YouTube TV. It's just a matter of time for them to strike some sort of deal. Though the longer it goes, I'm sure YouTube TV is going to lose more and more subscribers. Resolving this quickly is in both their interests.Because it has reach and without those people your advertising dollars go down. There will be a deal eventually, both sides need a deal.
YTTV has some disadvantages. They don't own any content aside from YT, they don't sell Internet or phone like the cable companies, to subsidize the cost of carriage fees. Disney is probably trying to gain a bit of share as it integrates Hulu and Disney+ apps fully, but neither can let this situation persist for long.
So as of this past week, Fubo actually merged with Hulu Live, with Disney being a 70% shareholder in Fubo. Unclear if Hulu Live and Fubo will remain separate offerings in perpetuity, but seems unlikely Fubo will lose ESPN content. Hulu Live is “technically” not under the Disney umbrella as of this week.FuboTV is probably the next one on the chopping block for ESPN, though I don’t think it’s too likely in the near future. If I remember correctly, Disney wanted to start a cheaper version with just ESPN/fox/other Disney brands, but fubotv sued their way out of it claiming it was a monopoly or something like that, at least somewhat, given disney started their new espn ultimate anyways. If Disney was petty, I’m guessing they would’ve gone after Fubo first, but instead probably saw YTTV subscriber counts and made the logical move.
Once they cut ties with FuboTV, that whole monopoly talk will probably become a lot louder. I’m assuming Disney will want to avoid that in the short term especially as long as competitors like Fubo aren’t taking a bit chunk of their market.

I have Verizon cellular and they have some inexpensive bundle options for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, depending on what cell or home internet service you have with them. We currently have a cheap Disney & Hulu bundle through them. Looking at switching that to one with ESPN. May be less than $20/mo.
I gotta find a bill. Was charged $93.58 in September but $101.02 this month. Didn’t rent a movie or anythingI guess you get charged tax? It says $89.99 online. I know with YTTV I never got charged tax so expect the same with Hulu. I guess that depends on the state you live in.
Sports bars will have those games.Complete network breakdown of games this year:
FOX. 8
Peacock. 8
TNT/TRU. 7
FS1. 4
ESPN. 3
NBC. 1
I have YouTube tv. The games I don’t have at the moment are 3 ESPN (Kansas, Fla and North Haven). I have Peacock but will have to figure out how to renew for cheap as I’d miss the last few conference games and half of Big East playoffs.
So my only angst is have a plan for Kansas and Fla. games. Hopefully by Dec 2nd (Kansas) it will be resolved.
Ya cave to Disney! I hope YT sits strong. Who do you think is gonna pay for those increases when they settle?Yup - those channels are gone. Time to start looking for an alternative.
Any one know how many Huskies games were on ESPN & ABC?
Huh? Peacock has every single prem match it could not be easierWe live in turbulent times.
The worst job I have ever had in my life, and I folded shirts at JC Penney when I was 16, is trying to be a Premier League fan who streams legally in the United States in the year of our lord 2025.

Isn't the New Haven game only on ESPN+, and not on regular ESPN?Complete network breakdown of games this year:

We have 8 regular season games on peacock!? I officially hate this crap and I hate our conference for giving into it. No games should be on anything that isn't included in a standard cable package.Complete network breakdown of games this year:

That’s correct. I’m not wasting money on that game. If I miss it, so be it.Isn't the New Haven game only on ESPN+, and not on regular ESPN?
