On a Bill Morrissey kick. Two unconventional “love” songs, the first one Greg Brown sings about friendship with Bill and their shared love of fishing. The second finds Bill and David Johansen share thoughts on the unpredictability of love’s arrival.

Something very different by triplets from Korea playing Korean instruments and singing this beautiful Latvian song. Basically it's about an artist who sells everything to buy a million roses for the woman he loves and then loses. There is an English translation, also sung beautifully, but I like this Korean version because they are delightful and very talented.
A great Townes Van Zandt song. Been covered by many. Hard to beat Emmylou. She does it as a really nice duet w/ Don Williams, but I went w/ this live version that doesn't include Don.
Kaizen,
I put my comments below the posts of the two songs but they got split by Bobby Darin!!
Anyway two posts of a great tune is certainly better than none,,
Actually I guess you knew that since you liked my song post…..Me, I’m just going up the down staircase!!
A Chinese love song. Placido Domingo and Song Zuying singing "Love song of Kangding" with Lang Lang piano in Beijing National Stadium Summer Concert 2009.
