Watching the Miami/UNC game and Debbie Antonelli just said that Xylina is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Poor girl can't catch a break.

Boy that sure is a bummer. Especially at this time of the season - better to have it towards the start so not only can the player redshirt, but also the team can work longer on team play without the injured player...

This would have been her senior year, but she may have gotten a red shirt for last season - so maybe she has one more year of eligibility. Uconn recruited her down to the wire. She has had a strange time of it at UNC with the 'dream class' coming in her sophomore season and then disappearing over the last two years. She has a really solid game and seems like a good team player while putting up with a lot of drama.

Just read a blurb that said she missed the last 24 games of last season. That would bode well for a medical hardship.

She's listed at 6'2". Also, she's gorgeous.
