WR Skyler Bell returning for 2025

I'm thinking one for Skyler would fine addition to the collection.

He's a great receiver but there's a lot of room needed to go in order to reach that echelon of UConn greatness.

For the record, I would like to say that Bell is the best reciever in a UConn uniform I've ever seen. He looks the most like a pro. I would love to bring in an even better WR but it took us 24 years to get him so I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Easley was the first name that came to mind for me too. He 893 yards and 8TDs and 18.6 ypc in his final season at UConn. Skyler had 860 with 5 TDs and 17.2 ypc. Easley was certainly underrated during his time here, but at least he got picked up by the Buffalo Bills...

Bell decided to stay at UConn because we sweetened the pot and he’s happy here. That’s from someone that would know. That same person can’t (won’t) tell me if Bell plans on receiving passes from Evers, Welliver or someone else, but he’s confident he’ll be making a lot of catches.

I'm glad weve shifted in recent years to taking CT HS stars. Even if some don't work out, a lot of these kids can really play. Look at Cam Edwards.
