Worst list of all time (Top Programs since 1997)

And be in a P4 conference, which is the only place to be really good it seems.
It’s really funny when you factor in Villanova’s titles too. The Big East won the natty nearly 1/3 of the time. Of you count 2003 Cuse, then the Big East really did win 1/3 of them.

“KenPom rated the top 20 programs of the last 28 years using time-weighted success, conference affiliation and recruiting history.”

So FYI, for this list, its better to be consistently really good with great recruits than it is to win championships but be inconsistent
I'm laughing at the "inconsistent narrative." Winning a national championship over 20% of the time seems like pretty consistent success to me, particularly since no one else even approaches it.

It definitely isn't. It's hilarious that basically everyone complaining didn't even take 30 seconds to read what it is.
I read it. It is absurd trash. They ranked Connecticut number 10 using outdated Ken pump metrics that don't include last year's info and weights "getting top recruits" over "winning national championships."

Incredibly absurd trash. I think some people are reading a different article.

The entire list from top to bottom is possibly the worst take ever.

Who is they?
It's an old Ken Pom ranking. The author published in article using outdated material from a flawed methodology.

yeah. there's nothing wrong with KP making some metric and posting a list....but taking that list and publishing it as a third party is 0-value/effort clickbait.

This is rage bait and you guys are all giving the author what he wants- clicks and attention

Those clicks should have a cost, in this case his credibility. He has none, imo. Just a troll.

The author didn’t even post the article on his Twitter, not even sure he wrote it. Could be AI

I get a good laugh out of this stuff. You show that list to the average knowledgeable cbb fan and theyll say its utter trash. You have Ohio St ahead of Uconn?!!! lmfao!!! This and that Virginia having a better two year run are absolute comedy gold. I dont care honestly , keep it coming. When your at the top of the mountain your going to take shots.

The list is our of date. It only lists UConn with 5 National Champions. One only has to look at my icon to know we have 6.

It does get hard to keep track after a while.

"However, no program is better poised to rise in these rankings with Dan Hurley back."

I really hope the author is right and things turnaround soon for our squad.

terrible but this is what happens when you trust computers over your own eyes
